Tonight could be the end of the Islanders’ magical surprise season, or it could not be. Either way, Game 4 is tonight, and the latter will only be true if they can earn a win tonight in Raleigh. The Hurricanes haven’t yet lost at home this postseason, and their crowd gets behind them well enough to rattle opponents, as Barry Trotz alluded to in his media availability yesterday in reference to the Islanders’ shell-shocked response to Carolina’s third goal.
