Nothing to add that was not written in previous entry, beyond Dolan's paid media writer, Baumbach, writing NYI have the right to opt out of Nassau every year for the next three years.
We have no idea of any lease signed between NYI & Barclay's to play some games at Coliseum, and that "if all goes well" does not reflect any binding agreement.
You don't get a second chance to be a NYC team, with NYC base, and revenue streams vs moving back to a failed location with no revenue, and horrible fan support.
