The St. Louis Blues make their first trip to Brooklyn tonight to face the Islanders in the last match up during their recent three game home stand. The Islanders are the hotter team coming into tonight’s game winning their last three in a row and are 4-0-1 in their last five. The talented and well coached Blues have been up and down as of late and are 4-4-2 over their last 10 games. Jack Capuano and the Islanders coaching staff will have their work cut our for them against the Blues, as coach Ken Hitchcock recently mentioned in a radio interview on Sirius-XM that he hasn’t started the and ended a game with the same lines trying to find chemistry and, in part, due to inconsistent play.
