A historic and exhilarating Game 7 took place last night, with the Chicago Cubs ending their 108-year drought in extremely dramatic fashion. After blowing a 6-0 lead late in the game, they won 8-6 in 10 innings. My congratulations to them and their fans.
Quite frankly, it was one of the most exciting baseball game to have ever been played. It was literally what every kid dreams about in their front yard, playing Wiffle Ball: coming all the way back, and winning the World Series in extra innings in Game 7. What a thrill. Except for the rain delay.
