The Islanders’ morning skate was optional on Tuesday, but it was pretty well attended as the team prepared for Game 4 against the Washington Capitals.
“It’s a good sign our guys are eager and they want to get back at,” Islanders’ Coach Jack Capuano said. “We had a good
teaching day yesterday and certain guys skated. Today was a spirited pre-game skate, as it should be in our building.”
Lineup decisions have yet to be made by the Islanders coaching staff, but Jaroslav Halak will be in net for the fourth game of the series.
