There are at least two pass rushers that the New York Giants could sign this offseason in free agency in veterans Jadeveon Clowney and Olivier Vernon.
Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report says that the Giants should avoid signing either player, but should they?
Of course Vernon was a member of the Giants from 2016-2018 before being traded to the Cleveland Browns. Unfortuantely though he ended up tearing his Achilles at the end of this past season.
Vernon is 30 years-old and coming off of a nine sack season. With the salary cap not expected to go up much, he may have to settle for a one-year deal worth around the league minimum.
