The makeover of the New York Giants roster isn’t complete, but much has been accomplished with the trade for linebacker Alec Ogletree and last week’s free agency signings. What is left for the Giants to do before the 2018 NFL Draft? Let’s take a look.
Gotta clear some cap space
Don’t they? Over The Cap estimates the Giants at $5.225 million under the cap. That’s not even enough to sign their rookie class, as OTC estimates the Giants will need roughly $9 million to do that.
Eventually, the Giants have to part ways with a few veteran players to open up some cap space.
