Winter is coming: 'Game of Thrones' George R.R. Martin trashes 'classless' Giants

"Game of Thrones" fans know this all too well: winter is coming.

That can also be said of the Giants, who head into Week 13 with a 2-9 record. Quarterback Eli Manning is on the bench and head coach Ben McAdoo could lose his job within the next 24 hours.

ESPN reported Sunday morning that the Giants appear set to fire head coach Ben McAdoo within 24 hours of the game against the Raiders in Oakland. McAdoo is being set up as the fall-guy for the Giants' 2-9 season, one which saw McAdoo bench two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning.
