EAST RUTHERFORD -- Tavarres King has had an interesting Giants tenure.

He spent almost all of 2015 on the practice squad. He made the 53-man roster in 2016 out of training camp, but played sparingly - until he made a big 44-yard catch in Week 17 against the Redskins, and then followed it up with a three-catch, 73-yard performance against the Packers the next week in the Giants' playoff loss, hauling in a 41-yard touchdown.

It didn't carry over to 2017, though. King made the team again, but preseason injuries pushed him down the depth chart before he was caught up in a numbers crunch and waived prior to the Giants' Week 2 loss to the Lions.
