New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll was non-committal Thursday night regarding whether Tommy DeVito or Drew Lock would be at quarterback for the Giants when they return to action Week 14 against the New Orleans Saints.
Daboll did say that DeVito, who missed Thursday’s 27-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys with a right (throwing) forearm injury would “probably” be ready to play by then.
Daboll said DeVito had a “pretty swollen arm” but that it wasn’t a significant injury that should keep him out long-term.
He said the Giants knew Wednesday that Devito “probably wouldn’t be able” to play against Dallas.
