SAFETY JEROMY MILES
Let’s just say if the Giants were playing a live game with live contact, the opposing receivers would have heard the footsteps of Jeromy Miles coming over the middle today. However, this is training camp, and Miles had to settle for cheers from his fellow defensive backs who saw the impending collisions never actually come to fruition. Yet Miles, who played for current defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo when he was a defensive assistant and secondary coach in Baltimore, made his presence known on a day won by the defense.

“There was a comfort level there, when you know people, I knew what kind of effort you were going to get from Jeromy,” Spagnuolo said before practice.
