Assuming all eligible players declare, this year's draft is littered with talented passers. Teams will have their pick of Sam Darnold (USC), Josh Rosen (UCLA), Lamar Jackson (Louisville), Baker Mayfield (Oklahoma) and more.
But when exactly is the best time to pick a quarterback? Is it better to go earlier, rather than later? How often do teams find diamonds late in the first round?
We went back to 1990, and looked at each quarterback picked within the first 31-32 picks.
