Good things happen when you’re throwing at a 6-foot-4, 214-pound target. Eli Manning did just that on Wednesday with second-year wide receiver Corey Washington, who hauled in a handful of catches during the first day of organized team practice activities (OTAs) at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center.
