NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — When will Jason Pierre-Paul play again?
It’s anybody’s guess.
Giants head coach Tom Coughlin announced last week that the defensive end — who had his right index finger amputated following a Fourth of July fireworks accident — was not ready to play, and that there was no timetable for his return.
On Tuesday, ESPN reported that the two-time Pro Bowler is missing the tip of his right thumb.
The network also reported that some in the Giants organization have serious doubts about whether the 26-year-old will be able to play this season.
