Foster was cut by the San Francisco 49ers after he was arrested for domestic violence.
This was the second such complaint against Foster since being drafted in the first round of the 2017 NFL draft. This was as also his third arrest of the season.
Foster will not be allowed to practice with or play for his new team right away because he is being placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt List while the NFL investigates the domestic violence charges.
