Was the man found in Janoris Jenkins' home killed because of jealousy?

The motive behind the killing of a man found in the home of Giants cornerback Janoris Tuesday may be jealousy, according to a GoFundMe page created by the victim's older sister to raise money for Rene's upcoming funeral.

"My brother has been murdered because of jealousy, he is gone because he is talented," Roosevelt Rene's sister, Arabruny Lindor, wrote on the GoFundMe post.

William Jenkins, Janoris' 34-year-old brother, was charged Wednesday with aggravated manslaughter in Rene's death. According to court documents, William Jenkins, who has a long criminal history, killed Rene during a fight.
