Victor Cruz is coming back in baby steps.
The wide receiver was practicing with the team on Wednesday, although he was very limited in early drills to which the media was privy. He ran a few routes and caught some passes, but stayed sidelined for any part of the workout that involved going against a defensive player.
That, Tom Coughlin said, is part of the plan to get him on the field on Sunday against the Bills.

"He won't be full," Coughlin said prior to Cruz's expected participation in his first full-length practice with the team since he injured his calf in mid-August.
