Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that if the Giants don’t re-sign DT Johnathan Hankins, free agent DL Jared Odrick is someone to watch for New York.
According to Rapoport, Odrick passed a physical during his visit with the Patriots and plans to take more visits in the coming weeks.
It’s worth mentioning that signing Odrick to a contract won’t impact a team’s compensatory picks, considering that he was released.
Odrick, 29, is a former first-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2010. He spent five years in Miami before he signed a five-year, $42.
