There are times when a change is necessary, and it's obvious -- when it's clear that a head coach has lost his players or his message isn't getting through. On the surface, after three straight losing seasons, that sure looks like what's happening with the Giants.
But Tom Coughlin's players beg to differ, even after another bitter, disheartening loss. Despite all the losing and despite no playoff games in the last four seasons, they all seem to want Coughlin to return.
"Oh, 1,000 times yes. Are you kidding me?" running back Rashad Jennings said after the Giants' miserable, 6-10 season ended with a 35-30 loss to the Eagles.
