Ask Tom Quinn where most of his focus has been throughout training camp and the New York Giants special teams coordinator will tell you punts and punt return.
It’s an interesting response considering the team ranked 10th and sixth in those statistical categories, respectively, in 2014.
Quinn understands those particular aspects of the game are crucial if the Giants want to increase their win total, and this offseason the team has turned to a different case of characters in an attempt to get even better.
“We want to make a big difference on the opponent’s punts and our punts,” Quinn said.
