What does one T.C. say to another?
Giants coach Tom Coughlin said he has sent several texts to Mets manager Terry Collins in the last few weeks as he has guided the area's baseball team to the verge of the World Series.
"I've texted him a couple of times congratulating him on his progress," Coughlin said.
The two have a bit more in common than just their initials.
They both are the oldest coach or manager in their league. They both have been run out of town by the media and survived. And perhaps in the matter of a few weeks, they both will have won world championships in New York.
