shook up his sleep habits while training for this year’s upcoming New York City Marathon.
“It’s interesting this year ’cause I’ve dedicated myself to getting up at 4 in the morning to do my long runs,” Barber recently told Page Six.
“I’ve actually done more long runs this year than I have in the previous four years of running marathons and it makes me feel ready, ’cause if you don’t get in those long runs, at some point you’re like, ‘Man, I’m 18 miles in and I’ve never done 18 miles.’ The fact that I got in all my long runs and I just ran a marathon, makes me feel confident heading into New York,” he continued.
