At their annual Town Hall this week in New York City, the New York Giants’ brass and selected players fielded questions from an audience consisting of season ticket holders. CEO John Mara, who took a lot of heat this offseason along with his general manager, Dave Gettleman, for the way they handled certain transactions, received a standing ovation.
Mara has been inconsistent as an owner when it comes to deciding which way he wants to proceed with his team. Some moves suggest he wants to try to win now, while others point towards a rebuild. He and Gettleman both stated that they believe the Giants can do both.
