The Giants’ biggest quarterback problem isn’t that Eli Manning is 36 and seemingly in decline. It’s not that they will soon be in a position to have to figure out what they’ve got with rookie Davis Webb, or that they may have to decide to select a new arm near the top of the 2018 draft.
Certainly those are problems, but the biggest one standing in the way of the Giants winning another NFC East title is a 6-foot-5, 237-pound beast named Carson Wentz, who announced his arrival as a star on Monday night in leading the Eagles to a 34-24 victory over the Redskins at Lincoln Financial Field.
