Lost amid his brilliant performance and his post-touchdown antics last Sunday, Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a hip pointer injury.
And the injury is severe enough it kept the star Giants wide receiver off the practice field on Wednesday for the portion the media is allowed to see.
Beckham left Sunday’s 27-23 win over the Ravens in the first half with the injury, but returned and led the Giants to victory, catching eight passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns.
There was some good injury news, though. Cornerback Eli Apple (groin) and safety Nat Berhe (concussion) were seen taking part in positional drills.
