Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post is reporting that High Exposure Aerial Advertising has cancelled orders for three banner-flying planes to fly over the stadium before the 1 p.m. kickoff due to weather conditions.
The Post was told by High Exposure that Federal Aviation Administration regulations prohibit banner planes from flying when the cloud ceiling is lower than 800 feet, as it is expected to be on Sunday when rain is expected in East Rutherford, N.
