It’s no secret that the New York Giants’ offensive line has been a weak link on their roster in recent years. When general manager Dave Gettleman arrived at the end of the 2017 season, he vowed to build the Giants from the inside out, citing that he loves his ‘hog mollies’, those big lineman that help teams compete in the trenches.
He’s pretty much done that, signing veteran left tackle Nate Solder in free agency in 2018 and then drafting the tough-as-nails left guard Will Hernandez in the second round of the draft. Gettleman then got right guard Kevin Zeitler from Cleveland in the Odell Beckham, Jr.
