Former Giants S Stevie Brown is coming in to visit the Giants on Monday and take a physical, Coughlin confirmed. Though his agent says "a number of teams" are pursuing Brown, one team source said Brown's hope is to return to the Giants, and the expectation is he'll sign a contract if he passes his physical.
Why bring Brown back?
"The thinking behind that is to try to improve that position," Coughlin said. "In this case we know this player well (and) if that player can come in here and help us, we're interested."
