Sterling Shepard out with concussion for Giants

Eli Manning’s receiving options are getting bleaker by the day.

The Giants announced that Sterling Shepard would miss Sunday’s game against the Bills with a concussion, leaving Cody Latimer — who is dealing with a calf injury — as the team’s No. 1 receiver for now.

Shepard suffered the injury during the Giants’ Week 1 loss to the Cowboys while playing 68 of 69 offensive snaps.

Golden Tate will be serving the second game of his four-game suspension on Sunday. Russell Shepard, Benny Fowler and T.J. Jones will also see time at receiver against the Bills.
