EAST RUTHERFORD -- Eli Manning can finally crawl out from under the bus.
The Giants quarterback was blistered publicly by head coach Ben McAdoo for a delay of game penalty on fourth-and-goal in the third quarter of Monday's 24-10 loss to the Lions.
"Sloppy quarterback play," McAdoo said on Monday night. "Quarterback and the center need to be on the same page there. We've got to get the ball snapped."
McAdoo didn't back off his criticism when given the opportunity to soften the blow on Tuesday and Wednesday.
