Singer Andy Grammer 'psyched' to play Lions' Thanksgiving Day game

ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Andy Grammer has performed at a few big NFL events lately -- first the national anthem at the AFC championship game last year and then he'll sing Thursday during halftime of the Detroit Lions-Minnesota Vikings Thanksgiving Day game.

He's had five songs hit the Billboard Top 100 in his career, including his most well-known hit, 2014's "Honey I’m Good," which hit No. 9. And on Thursday, he's pretty pumped to be playing Thanksgiving in front of a live television audience.

"You can’t have Thanksgiving and not just be like, 'All right, where's the football,'" Grammer said.
