For all the criticism that Jerry Reese has taken in recent years, and much of it is deserved, it’s looking more and more like his 2014 draft was a home run. It goes without saying that Reese landed a star in the New York Giants first-round selection Odell Beckham Jr.. OBJ has broken two dozen Giants and NFL records during his two years in the league and he’s not slowing down any time soon.
His second-round pick, Weston Richburg from Colorado, has now come into his own as one of the premiere centers in the NFL. Richburg started at left guard his first ten games in the league and was benched.
