Should the Giants pursue Jadveon Clowney in free agency?

We all know that one of the New York Giants’ biggest needs heading into next season is at the edge rusher position.

One player that the Giants might be able to get at a reasonable price is Jadeveon Clowney, after a poor season in 2020. He did want to join Big Blue last year, but they couldn’t afford his asking price, so of course they passed up the chance at adding him to their roster.

Clowney turns 28 years-old in February which isn’t terribly old for a pass rusher. I would imagine that the Giants could sign him to a contract that would pay him around $6-9 million per year.
