Should the Giants bid on CB Sam Beal in the NFL supplemental draft?

While the date has yet to be set, the 2018 NFL Supplemental Draft is coming up. A trio of players seek to enter the supplemental draft, Mississippi State safety Brandon Bryant, and corners Adonis Alexander (Virginia Tech), and Sam Beal (Western Michigan).

While Bryant and Alexander have raw talent, the more exciting prospect for the New York Giants is Beal.

At 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, Beal is a long corner who plays with a combination of physicality and smooth athleticism. Over the last two seasons, Beal has had 77 tackles (2 for a loss), 18 passes defensed, and a pair of interceptions (one of which was off of Sam Darnold in the 2017 season opener).
