Saquon Barkley's hamstring might hurt, but his hands are fine

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley might be nursing a strained hamstring, but that isn't stopping him from getting in work this week.

Barkley is not be able to participate much at all in the Giants' joint practices with the Detroit Lions -- the Giants are rightly being cautious following his hamstring strain.

But while he might not be able to run in practice, he is still able to work on his hands. After practice, Barkley was spotted working on his receiving skills with the JUGS machine.

While Barkley's abilities as a runner are exciting -- just look at his first NFL touch -- it is his ability as a receiver that set him apart from the pack.
