The Giants have always eyed next Monday’s game against Kansas City as the potential return for Saquon Barkley and Kenny Golladay from injuries. That’s why they were not put on injured reserve with the required absence of three weeks when they hurt their ankle and knee, respectively, in the Cowboys game on Oct. 10.

Now they have to find out if they were right about those prognoses.

Joe Judge said the two injured players are expected to start working on the field when the team returns to practice Wednesday.
