Starting safety Bennett Jackson was on the field in the fourth quarter of Saturday night's preseason game because of all the injuries.
Then he got injured, too.
Word in the locker room around the players after the game was that Jackson suffered an ACL injury to his right knee and could be lost for the season. He'll have an MRI on Sunday.
Jackson made a tackle midway through the fourth along the Jaguars' sideline and immediately clutched his right knee. He missed almost all of his rookie season with an injury, as well. He was able to walk off the field, waving away a cart that had come to remove him.
