ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Is the honeymoon already over for Rex Ryan in Western New York?
Maybe not yet, but there was certainly some tension on Sunday between the former Jets coach and the Buffalo media in the wake of the Bills’ ugly, 24-10 loss to the Giants.
Ryan’s Bills couldn’t get anything going against the Giants defense. Their top-ranked rushing attack gained only 55 yards. And they were plagued by big mistakes like dropped passes and missed field goals, too.
But the focus of his post-game grilling was on his team’s lack of discipline — a startling 17 penalties for 135 yards.
