The New England Patriots hosted restricted free agent defensive tackle Kerry Wynn on a visit Wednesday, a source told ESPN.
Wynn, 26, received the low round tender from the New York Giants last month. It is worth $1.797 million this season, but is not guaranteed.
If New England offered him a deal the Giants would have a chance to match. If they elected to allow him to leave they would not receive compensation based on the low-round tender.
The Patriots have been active in the restricted free agent market this offseason.
