One of Alabama’s top wide receivers Jaylen Waddle is healing properly following an ankle dislocation he suffered this season, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Waddle is still projected to be a top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Waddle played in just six games last season, including the College Football Championship, due to his ankle injury. The ankle appears to be healing correctly - a good sign for the speedy wideout who recorded four straight 100-yard games to open the 2020 season before going down with his injury. He is on pace for a full recovery.
