Even though New York Giants’ quarterback Daniel Jones was listed as doubtful on this week’s final injury report for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks, there was an outside chance that he could play because of how tough he is
Unfortunately, Jones won’t start and instead Colt McCoy is expected to get the nod, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Clayton Thorson will back-up McCoy, who hopefully won’t have a problem staying himself during the game.
This makes the most sense given that Jones’ injury isn’t considered serious and he should be good to go for next Sunday’s match-up with the Arizona Cardinals.
