For a second straight year running back Rashad Jennings was utterly unimpressive for the New York Giants.
The crazy thing is that he really believes the Giants are going to hold onto him heading into next season.
“I expect to be back,” Jennings said, via NJ.com. “And I definitely want to be back. I’ve got one more year on my contract, and I’ve got a lot to prove. I look forward to doing it in New York again.”
Jennings is only scheduled to make $2.4 million in 2017, so keeping him on the roster won’t hurt the Giants financially, but I honestly don’t see any value in keeping him.
