Position preview: Giants’ offensive line has to be better in 2024

The New York Giants clearly understood how bad their offensive line was in 2023 and made upgrading it their top priority in free agency. Doing so cost them the services of Saquon Barkley, a change in spending priorities GM Joe Schoen felt he had to make.

Will the line be functional in 2024?

Offensive line analyst Brandon Thorn has the Giants ranked 27th in his preseason offensive line rankings, published at the subscription site ‘Establish The Run.’ He told the ‘Valentine’s Views’ podcast that there is a “pathway” for the Giants to be better than that, perhaps approaching the middle of the pack among NFL offensive lines.
