One glaring need the New York Giants need to fill is to find a number two cornerback heading into next season.
One player that could fill that spot is Darnay Holmes who’s coming off of a pretty good rookie season after being taken in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft out of UCLA by the Giants.
Defensive backs expert Brian Walker believes that Holmes could develop into a top corner in the NFL.
“He played against some talented receivers in the Pac-12 and then he came into the NFL and was thrown into the fire right away being tasked with guarding guys like Ceedee Lamb, who he did really well against,” Walker told Giants Wire.
