There are several veteran players that the New York Giants may want to unload this offseason due to how much cap room they’re taking up.
Gary Davenport of Bleacher Report has picked one contract that every NFL team would like to have disappear and for the Giants he chose offensive lineman Nate Solder. Here’s a portion of what he wrote:
Then there’s the New York Giants and the abomination that is tackle Nate Solder’s four-year, $62 million pact.
When the Giants signed Solder, he was supposed to become the foundation for an improved line in New York.
