EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — As expected, Odell Beckham Jr. attended the first day of New York Giants mandatory mini-camp on Tuesday. Coach Pat Shurmur said that Beckham was “cleared to practice,” and that’s what the wide receiver did. On a limited basis.
Coming back from last season’s season-ending fractured ankle, Beckham did wide receiver drills early in practice, then ran a few pass routes for Eli Manning without facing any defenders. Beckham did not participate in any 7-on-7 or 11-on-11 drills.
Beckham was not made available to the media after practice.
