He never had a doubt, but now it's official, according to a team source. Odell Beckham, the Giants' star receiver, will be in the lineup when the Giants take on the Eagles in Monday night football. He had been listed as "questionable" for the game because of a hamstring injury he suffered last weekend, but the Giants were encouraged enough by his progress to take him on the trip.
All he had to do was pass one final test in pre-game warmups -- which he did, with flying colors.
Beckham, who leads the Giants with 31 catches for 428 yards and three touchdowns, started warming up about 3 1/2 hours before kickoff and it was clear almost immediately that he was fit enough to play.
