When Giants co-owner John Mara decided to open contract negotiations with Odell Beckham, he pointed to how the star wide receiver "personally is moving in the right direction."
It certainly isn't how Mara felt in March, when clearly he was exasperated with Beckham and said he "needs to use better judgement going forward." It reportedly prompted the Giants to listen to trade calls about a player many around the NFL deem good enough to be off limits.
Mara's comments in March were on the heels of a video of Beckham in Paris with a woman and what looked like possible drugs in their bed.
