The wide receiver was at Sin City Cabaret in Mott Haven with Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller on Thursday night when he lost the flashy gold band.
Club staffers used flashlights and crawled along the floor in search of the ring, but it never turned up, the sources said.
Beckham offered a cash reward to anyone who found it, but no one came forward.
