Odell Beckham Jr. has big plans for the Browns.
Speaking with GQ ahead of Monday night’s Met Gala, the lightning-rod receiver spoke about his offseason trade from the Giants, stating he felt “something in my gut … I just wasn’t very happy,” around December.
“It just became not the right fit,” Beckham, 26, said, believing he also would have been dealt last year. The Giants shipped him to Cleveland in March a season after inking a five-year, $90 million contract.
Now reunited with former LSU teammate and longtime friend Jarvis Landry, whom Beckham said he would “take a bullet” for, the receiver is looking forward to the Browns going to the next level, thanks in part to quarterback Baker Mayfield.
